Dave Goodwin - REALTOR Dave was born in Philadelphia, PA, and has been a "converted Yankee" for over 23 years now. Rachel Schimelpfenig - REALTOR Rachel and her husband Glen moved to the Glade in January 2003 and now can't imagine living anywhere else ! She refers to this area with all of her customers as the "awesome area of East Tennessee."

Pat Usher - REALTOR I entered the exciting profession of real estate in the early 80s in Michigan, moved to Crossville in 1994, and I am currently an associate broker at CENTURY 21 Fountain Realty on Peavine Rd. CENTURY 21 Fountain Realty serves the entire Cumberland Plateau region including Fairfield Glade, Crossville, Lake Tansi and our neighboring counties.
I was born in North Carolina, raised in the Detroit area and graduated from St. Joseph Academy in Adrian, Michigan. In 1965 I married Chuck and we set up housekeeping in St. Clair Shores where Chuck became a member of the Police Department. We raised three children, Debbie, Cathy and Billy and we are now the proud grandparents of Kyle and Lauren Patricia thanks to Debbie (and her husband Eric).
As the years went by, the Michigan winters seemed to get longer and colder. We took several excursions to various parts of the country to seek a more temperate area as a retirement destination. On one of these trips we happened upon Crossville, TN and kept being drawn back by all the positive things we found; excellent medical, mild winters, cool summers, championship golf, warm, friendly people, no state income tax, etc.
Shortly after Chuck's retirement, we moved to Crossville where I have continued in the real estate field and accumulated years of continuous service to buyers and sellers.
