Rachel and her husband Glen moved to the Glade in January 2003 and now can’t imagine living anywhere else!  She refers to this area with all of her customers as the “awesome area of East Tennessee.”

Rachel’s energy and enthusiasm are two of her most impressive qualities.  Excitement is radiated working with you, her customer, as well as with her colleagues and related professionals.

Even though she is a recent licensee (2005), her interest in real estate goes back to the early 70’s while she performed the challenging task of assistant closing officer for a large real estate firm in Madison, Wisconsin.  She kept that excitement during the years, and now has the time to pursue.  Her first year was VERY successful, and she has expectations of each future year to continue to “bloom and grow.”

Don’t worry that you can’t pronounce Schimelpfenig.  Just remember: There’s only one Rachel at CENTURY 21 Fountain Realty!  Give her a call.
