In 1978 at age 19, Kevin McHugh moved to Crossville, Tennessee  to begin a job in Fairfield Glade, which has now become one of the country's most popular retirement community. 

Gaining his real estate license in 1982, Kevin has become instrumental in the growth of the community he now calls home, watching the population of Fairfield Glade grow from just 400 residents to the current 8,000+.
