Denny was born in Bryan, OH, and has lived throughout the South for 12 years. He has lived in Dallas, Atlanta, and Panama City. Denny loves the South - especially the people.

Upon graduating from Irving Community College in TX, in Liberal Arts, he went on to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He built a 20-year career in technology in Cincinnati, Ohio. With technology and a love of people, Denny decided to start an all-new Real Estate sales career in 2001 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In 2004 Denny met his beautiful wife, Debera, a real estate broker affiliate with CENTURY 21 Fountain Realty. They were married in 2006.  Denny took one look at her and said to his friends, "There is the woman I will marry some day and be happy ever after."

 Ever after came, and they share the love every day by working together to build their business as best friends and partners by day, and husband and wife at night.  After spending a few days in Crossville visiting their retired parents, they decided to move here, like so many before them.  Denny has two children from a previous marriage, both currently attending Ohio State University.  He is extremely proud and talks about his love of fatherhood. 

Denny and his beautiful wife, enjoy golf, swimming, skiing and boating every chance they can get. Most enjoyable are their quiet walks together as they enjoy life and all the Plateau has to offer.

Debera was born and raised in Cincinnati.  She studied real estate at Southern State College during the 1999 thru 2000 semester. Before establishing her permanent residence in the Crossville area she was a practicing Pharmacy Technician for 13 years.

Debera is the proud mother of two grown children and is married to Denny with whom she will round out the Hartsock CENTURY 21 team. This team specializes in all phases of real estate covering Cumberland County and surrounding counties.

Debera radiates a captivating smile and personality and projects a self assurance that gives prospects and clients confidence and satisfaction, whether they are buyers or sellers.

Denny is a Viet Nam Veteran, and supports our troops in Iraq.
